The AquaPalooza t-shirt offer is no longer available. The registered person for themselves and on behalf of any guest(s) with them registering for AquaPalooza (hereinafter referred to as 'participants'), consents to the photographing of themselves and other participants throughout the entire event. This consent includes the unrestricted, unlimited use of these photographs by Sea Ray, in any and all media, including promotional, advertising, solicitation or trade materials in any way not unlawful.

By registering to attend an AquaPalooza event, the participant acknowledges that participation in this event will be at the risk of the registered participant and other participants. The participant, in consideration of being allowed to attend this event, fully releases Sea Ray from, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sea Ray from, any claims, damages, liabilities, actions, costs and/or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related in any way to any actual or alleged act or omission of any person or entity other than Sea Ray (including without limitation related to any injuries, damages, negligence, product defects, and contractual and intentional tort liability). Sea Ray is released from any responsibility for the decisions, actions or inactions of boats or other participants.

As used in this Event Consent and Release, the terms Sea Ray means the Sea Ray division of Brunswick Corporation and their affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, employees, publications, and those acting with their permission and authority.

By submitting the form, you are also consenting to receive updates from Sea Ray, AquaPalooza and the AquaPalooza sponsors via email.
